SCA operates a national network of 125 ambulatory surgical centers and surgical hospitals. Medline is expected to generate $250 million in medical and surgical product sales from the partnership over the term of the agreement.

Medline will provide full distribution services to SCA's facilities and drive cost savings through operational efficiencies and cost reductions throughout the distribution channel and from Medline brand product purchases. Medline will distribute products directly to SCA facilities from Medline's 32 distribution centers located throughout the country.
